Pingo is a personal friendship tracking app. You may use it to track when you last saw your friends and receive reminders to stay in touch. You agree to use the app only for its intended purpose and in compliance with applicable laws.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information when creating your account. You may delete your account at any time through the Settings screen.
You retain ownership of all content you enter into Pingo (friend names, notes, photos, etc.). By using the app, you grant us a limited license to store and process this content solely to provide the service to you. We will not use your content for any other purpose.

Pingo is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify you of significant changes through the app or by email.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the app if you violate these terms. You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time.
